Shipping area
Initial shipping is limited to the United Kingdom, EU member states, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. Unsupported destinations are rejected before a request is submitted. Carrier availability and lawful import restrictions still apply.
Quote and stock
A public request does not reserve stock. Exact D1 inventory is held per standard item, never per tier or size. After Max confirms a quote, one unit is reserved atomically for 24 hours. Verified payment finalises it; expiry restores it.
Private fulfilment data
The public form records only item, tier, supported country and selected handoff channel. Personal wear details and the full delivery address are collected privately after confirmation and only as needed for fulfilment.
Preparation and dispatch
The visible lifecycle is Received, Contacting, Quote Sent, Reserved, Awaiting Payment, Paid, Preparing, Dispatched, Complete, Cancelled, Refunded or Declined. Dispatch timing is agreed in the quote and tracking is shared privately where available.
Changes, cancellation and returns
Contact Max immediately about a change or cancellation. Personalised or hygiene-sensitive worn items may not be returnable for change of mind once preparation has begun where the law permits, but faulty, misdescribed or legally cancellable purchases retain all mandatory consumer rights. Do not send an item back without agreed instructions.
Damage or delivery failure
Report damage, a materially incorrect item or non-delivery promptly through the agreed private channel, preserving packaging and carrier evidence. Max will assess replacement, refund or carrier action without limiting statutory rights.
Affiliate shelf
