Token values
- One single-angle video reserves 1 token.
- One multi-angle video reserves 2.5 tokens.
- PAYG: £2 for 1 token.
- Starter: £18 for 10 tokens.
- Studio: £82.50 for 50 tokens.
- Boss: £150 for 100 tokens and the stated Ops Bundle.
Validity
Unused editing tokens remain valid for 12 months from the verified purchase or promotional grant date. The ledger allocates the oldest eligible token lots first and shows expiry without silently changing a balance.
Reservation and return
Tokens reserve when a project is submitted. They return if Max declines the project or if the client cancels before the project enters Editing. Once Editing begins, the committed work is handled under the approved project terms and statutory rights.
Payments and credit
A client account must be verified before purchase. Revolut Merchant is the primary automatic route; credit occurs only after a validated ORDER_COMPLETED webhook, independent order verification, replay protection and idempotency. A PayPal click never credits tokens and requires manual verification.
Queue and delivery
Queue order is paid FIFO at a planning capacity of 10 tokens per day with a two-day operational buffer. Reason-coded overrides are audited. One reasonable revision is included. Protected delivery links expire after 30 days.
Promotional grant
Five promotional tokens are issued once per verified editing identity. They are recorded in the same ledger, cannot be repeatedly claimed, and do not constitute cash or a transferable balance.
Low balance
A low balance does not destroy the job. The browser saves the draft, recommends the cheapest pack combination, returns to the project after verified credit and requires explicit reconfirmation before reserving tokens.
