What a request creates
Submitting the Mission Switchboard creates a reference and an Awaiting Payment service-credit record. It does not confirm the booking, promise a date or prove payment. Max first reviews availability, legality, consent and boundaries.
Payment and confirmation
Fixed-price selections may open PayPal or Revolut after the reference exists. Provider clicks are not confirmation. A booking becomes active only after Max independently verifies payment and accepts the request.
Validity and ownership
A verified Book Me service credit lasts 12 months, is non-transferable and applies to the accepted service and purchaser. Customer-requested changes are considered case by case and may affect availability or price.
If Max cannot fulfil
If Max cannot fulfil an accepted paid credit, the customer receives a suitable exchange or a full refund. This does not remove mandatory statutory remedies.
Private details
The public request contains only service, tier, contact channel, age acknowledgement, terms version and explicit sensitive-data consent where required. Dates, handles, locations, boundaries and the detailed adult brief move to Email, WhatsApp or Telegram.
Consent and lawful requests
Every request remains subject to adult status, consent, legal access, Max’s approval and the prohibited-request rules in the common Terms.
