Adults and legal access
The website and every service route are for adults aged 18 or over who may legally access and request the relevant material or service in their location. The homepage curtain is an explicit-content warning, not a claim of regulated age assurance.
Consent and approval
- Every request must be lawful, consensual and within Max’s stated boundaries.
- A public selection is a request, not automatic acceptance.
- Max may decline any request without providing explicit personal detail.
- Detailed briefs are agreed privately; no change proposed by Max becomes part of an editing brief without the client’s explicit approval.
Prohibited requests
- Anything involving a person under 18 or uncertainty about age.
- Non-consensual activity, coercion, exploitation, stalking, blackmail, credible harm, illegal public conduct or unlawful recording.
- Requests that infringe privacy, copyright, image rights, platform rules or another person’s contractual rights.
- Payment, identity or technical abuse, including fraudulent chargebacks, replay attempts or unauthorised account access.
Prices and payment
Displayed prices are in GBP. A provider click is payment intent only and never proof of payment. Booking and wardrobe payment remains unconfirmed until Max verifies it. Editing tokens credit automatically only after a validated Revolut Merchant ORDER_COMPLETED webhook and independent order verification; PayPal is a manual-verification fallback.
Content and intellectual property
Site branding, copy, imagery and components may not be copied, scraped, republished or used to train a competing product. Buyers must hold all rights and consents for editing material they provide. Purchased services do not transfer Max’s underlying personality, brand or unrelated content rights.
Service-specific terms
Editing tokens, Book Me service credits, and Wardrobe shipping and returns each have a dedicated policy that forms part of these terms. The version accepted with a request is recorded.
Availability and changes
Availability, timing, stock and provider operation can change. Material changes apply prospectively and receive a new terms version. Existing paid rights are not silently reduced.
Liability and statutory rights
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, the site is not responsible for an external platform, payment provider, carrier or user-supplied link outside Max’s reasonable control.
